No-logs policy

What we keep

• Your account id, and username or Telegram id if you use them.
• Wallet balance and crypto payment records.
• Numbers you rent and your current Press One configuration.
• Billing metadata required to charge correctly.
• Welcome messages you generate yourself (local TTS).

What we do not keep

• Call content or transcripts.
• Audio recordings (off by default; only if you turn them on).
• Email, phone number, or real name for signup.
• Browsing history, User-Agent profiles, or geolocation.
• IP addresses beyond short-lived abuse defence.

Technical logs

Servers write the minimum needed to fix errors, watch health, and stop abuse. Those logs stay separate from your account data, are not used for marketing, and are purged on a schedule.

Operators

Admin tools see only what is required to run the platform, never call audio or anything you did not choose to retain.
